Check – in / Check – out
- Check-out is any time before 11.00 am (11.00 hrs).
- Check-in is any time after 3.00 pm (15.00 hrs).
- Late check in (after 21.30 hrs) is possible if the hotel is informed about your exact arrival time in advance.
- To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night. If rooms are available prior to check-in time, an early check-in is possible. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in the reception and use the hotel’s areas until your room is ready. Reception is open daily from 8.00 am.
- Late check out is possible with additional charge based on availability.
- If you leave late in the day, no problem, you can leave your luggage at the reception until 9.30pm. WC is also at your disposal.
- No matter how early you reach the island or how late you leave, we can arrange for your arrival and departure transfer. To guarantee this service, please note that you need to provide us your travel info at least 1 day in advance.
Housekeeping Service
Spotless cleanliness is one of our first priorities !
We change the bed linen latest on every second day and we provide new towels every day.
Daily Cleaning Service is offered to all our guests staying more than 1 night.
However, as we respect your needs and the environment, we give you the opportunity to customize the Cleaning Service according to your needs via the Hotel’s App or by contacting the reception.
For cancellation prior to 14 days before the confirmed arrival date, no additional fee is charged and the deposit is totally refunded.
From 1 to 13 days results in 50% of the stay
For no show or departure prior to the scheduled check out date results in 100% charge.
- Children under 2 years stay free of charge for cot.
- Children under 4 years stay free of charge if sharing a bed with parents.
- Older children are charged as an extra person.
- All Rates are in ( € ) Euros per single/double occupancy per night -per room, All taxes are included.
- Suites and most Studios can accommodate up to 3 people upon request in sofa beds with extra charge (Sofa beds feature regular single mattress). Quad Studios are also available.
- Extra guest in room per night: 25 €
- Extra guest in room per night in High Season: 35 €.
- Baby cots are free of charge.

All our rooms are non-Smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. In case of smoking in the room, a minimum fee of 40 euros will be charged for cleaning and restoring the room to its original condition.
